For Numatic & Nilfisk Vacuum Cleaners
Transportation charges are as follows (again these will only be payable if the machine has been damaged, misused or is faulty by user error); £21.00 + VAT for collection and return. Any parts required will be charged additional to this (we will confirm you wish to proceed with any repairs before proceeding if it is not covered under warranty).

For Numatic & Nilfisk Floor Machines
Call out costs are as follows (again these will only be payable if the machine has been damaged, misused or is faulty by user error); £77.00 + VAT Call out charge and £55.00 per hour + VAT. Any parts required will be charged additional to this.

Avern would like to state that we do NOT determine whether the machine has a manufacture fault or misuse by the customer this is down to Numatic.

I have checked the Numatic Warranty(click here) and I understand that if my item is deemed to be damaged through misuse or user error that return carriage charges, call out charges and repair costs (if authorised) will be chargeable at cost price.
