Items sent and delivered quickly and communications about delivery excellent. The bags and micro filter fitted fine, however, the exhaust filter was not the right one for my SEBO X7 model. I did ask the seller the question about suitability for X7 before ordering but did not receive a reply so took a chance that all items would fit. At the end of the day I thought it was reasonable value just for the bags and microfilter.

Product arrived on time. One of the packages was open when it arrived. Nothing was missing and the contents are undamaged, but the package shouldn't have been open (see picture).

Boxes arrived slightly bashed, but that’s down to the courier rather than the seller. The bags appear to be genuine Numatic items which I know, from experience, will give my vacuum plenty of sucking power without getting clogged. I will certainly use this seller again.
